Summer Workouts:
***Parents: the Park Rangers do not like you to drive into the park to drop off. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they sually are not there when we begin, but are there at pick up time. Saturdays are worse with the rangers there by 8:30. Sometimes it's best to drop off and pick up on Carmel Valley Rd.
Saturdays~ we will try to meet at different locations. Saturday runs will include breakfast run at a runners house -TBA- schedule will be posted soon!!!
Summer Thoughts:
**Walking in the soft sand will help develop strong feet and ankles
**Play volleyball and ultimate Frisbee in soft sand too!
Your individual success is up to you- Don't make excuses-
Team success is everyone's responsibility!
Consistency in running (training) is key to success.
